I started Around Finance because I kept seeing the same pattern. Business owners doing well. Growing, hiring, investing — but completely in the dark on their numbers. Their accountant would appear once a year with a tax bill and vanish. No monthly accounts. No visibility. No one to ring when they needed to make a call. That did not sit right with me.

So I built a firm that works differently. We handle the full finance function: bookkeeping, management accounts, tax, payroll. And we do it monthly, not annually. Clients get reporting packs within days of month-end, live dashboards, and a team they can actually get hold of.

We work with about 100 Irish businesses now. Whiskey brands, skincare companies, agencies, tech companies, food producers. The common thread is not the industry — it is that they want proper financial visibility, not just compliance ticked off.
