How is pricing ultimately agreed?

We work with you to build your plan in a dedicated online call. Our aim is to offer only what is necessary. We will provide you with a scalable pricing structure that supports your business as it grows.

Fixed price or rate per hour?

We charge a fixed price per month based on the agreed service, which makes us efficient with regard to service delivery. Unlike other accountants we don’t just ‘run the clock’ and bill you whatever time is accrued at the year-end.

Why do you charge monthly?

A fixed monthly charge allows you to budget from a cash flow perspective. It also allows us to plan our work internally. This means we avoid back-log’s as much as possible.

Can I change plans if I wish?

Yes. We will review your package periodically from a fair use perspective. If we are over-delivering on services we will work to create a new proposal. If we are under-delivering on services we will reduce your monthly costs.

Can I start at Core and upgrade later?

Yes. Many clients start at Core to get organised, then move to Advisory as they scale. That’s how it’s designed to work

What do most businesses pay?

In Core, most pay €450–€650/month. In Advisory, €900–€1,200/month. We’ll give you an exact fixed quote based on your situation.

What if I'm between tiers?

We build custom packages. A Core+ arrangement at €600–€700/month is common for businesses that need a bit more.

What if I want to leave mid-contract?

No problem. Our job is to meet your expectations. If we don’t, it’s 30 days notice only.

What if I can't afford the higher tiers?

Start at Core. Most of our best clients started there. The tier you’re on is not the ceiling — it’s just where you begin.
