Review and setup details
Every new client gets a complimentary three-hour bookkeeping review. Setup and any clean-up or catch-up work are scoped and quoted separately before they start. Your proposal sets out the monthly service, fees and timetable.
Your first month-end: we agree a delivery date, usually the first, second or third Friday, according to your scope and when complete information is available. More frequent reconciliation can be agreed where activity requires it.

What the migration covers

Growing Irish businesses that need reliable accounting in Xero, help fixing an existing file or a supported move from another system. We generally work with established businesses from around €250,000 turnover; scope and fit are discussed on the Finance Fit Call.
Yes. We agree a suitable cutover date, normally around your VAT periods, and specify the balances, unpaid invoices and historical records included. You do not necessarily need to wait until year-end. We also support QuickBooks and only recommend a move when it makes sense.
Connections can include Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPal, Revolut Business, Dext and BrightPay. The appropriate connector and any subscription costs depend on your setup. We check the accounting treatment of payouts, fees and refunds rather than simply connecting the apps.

Yes. The file stays in your business’s name and you retain access to your data. If you decide to leave, the notice period is 30 days.
